The mystic land of India is full of remarkable heritages. At the banks of river Shivna, lies one such city that is surrounded with natural beauty and Indian heritage, Mandsaur. Mandsaur is located at the state of Madhya Pradesh, forming its northern projection.
At a distance of 80 kms. from the district headquarter of Mandsaur lies the ancient Dharmarajeshwara Temple. According to the Hindu Mythology, this temple carries much relevance. The Pandavkaalin (Pandav Age) temple is said to have been built by the Pandavs during their stay here.
The Dharmarajeshwara temple is an architectural masterpiece in itself. The feature that makes this temple special is that, it is constructed by carving a huge rock from top to bottom and has no joints.
